BUILDING SAFETY FUND AND ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE MATERIAL FUND

Our knowledge and understanding of the Building Safety Fund (BSF) and the Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) Fund and their processes enables us to engage and support residents, developers and managing agents alike in the process and how best to deliver projects for each individual client team.

CLADDING REMEDIATION SERVICES

We have capabilities to work under a traditional procurement/contract system if required but being appointed under a Design & Build Pre-construction Services Agreement (PCSA) under a two stage tender process, provides ourselves and our clients the opportunity to work together early in the construction process and be involved to gain a real understand of processes and build relationships prior to commencement of construction works whilst we work through securing funds and completing design and methodology for the works.

REPLACING FIRE RISK CLADDING

All of our design and on-site works focus on eliminating elements that are in anyway combustible and eliminate risk of fire within remediated elements at all stages of the process whilst ensuring the aesthetic of a building are maintained.
